Our Site is a static website. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. However, like all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) temporarily logs standard technical information when you visit, including:

- The type of browser and device you’re using
- The pages you visit and when
This is used solely for security and to keep the Site running reliably. We do not access or use these logs for marketing.

How long we keep information
- Enquiries that don’t become clients: we keep your details for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then delete them.
- Active client enquiries: we keep records for up to 7 years after the end of the project, in line with standard UK business practice for tax, insurance, and contract evidence.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your information, ever. We only share personal information with:
- Our hosting provider Vercel Inc. — they technically hold server logs for us. Vercel is based in the USA and personal data may therefore be transferred outside the UK. Vercel complies with the UK-US Data Bridge and EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Our email provider — the inbox that receives emails sent to info@constranova.com.
- WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Inc. handles the message under their own privacy policy.
- HMRC, insurers, or regulators — only if legally required.
We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing partners.
